New Westminster , London Street. We installed front hardie shingle and hardie panels, the other three sides hardie planks.

West Vancouver. Beautiful result. We renovated exterior of this house by replacing old cedar with EasyTrim reveal hardie panels , hardie lap siding, new cedar soffit, and some vinyl soffit.

New Westminster. We beautifully did arctic white hardie planks, veneer stone at the bottom and triple layered fascia boards.

Langley. Old stucco with mold demolished , sheathing rot repaired , new hardie siding and new hardie fascia installed.

South Delta. We demolished old cedar siding/ fascia and replaced it with new hardie shingle and hardie plank siding. Best looking house in the neighbourhood.

North Delta. Old cedar siding demolished, 1 inch insulation form installed all around, siding and soffit installed. Homeowner keeping track of A/C bill changes and hopefully will share the result of exterior insulation with us.

Richmond. Old rotten cedar demolished, premium vinyl siding installed

Burnaby. We installed beautiful arctic white hardie shingles at the front and back of the house. Artic white hardie planks on two sides. We wrapped five posts at the front with hardie panels and trims.

Coquitlam. Old Aluminum lap siding demolished, board and batten hardie and hardie planks installed.

Burnaby. Old vertical cedar siding to hardie siding with metal corners, new windows and new roof.

Strata in Vancouver. Old cedar siding demolished in strata property in Vancouver, new hardie siding, new soffit, and new cap flashing installed

West Vancouver. Renovation from Vinyl siding and vinyl soffit to hardie lap siding and cedar soffit. We also installed hardie fascia together with board and batten siding on gables.

Surrey. Old warped vinyl demolished, new hardie siding, new soffit and hardie window trims installed.

Beautiful house in Langley. We demolished and replaced old vinyl siding and old Aluminum soffit with hardie siding and perforated viny soffit. We did sheathing rot repair and installed missing kickout flashings whose absence caused minor surface water damage to old siding.

Strata in Richmond. Water leak on strata property repaired. New cedar siding and caulking installed. No more water leak issue.

White Rock. Old cedar demolished and new hardie siding installed.

Coquitlam. We replaced old cedar siding , soffit and fascia with James Hardie siding and hardie fascia.

West Vancouver. We demolished old cedar siding , repaired water rot, closed 2 windows and added a new window in West Vancouver Rosebery Avenue. Replaced old cedar siding with hardie lap siding and hardie trims.

Maple Ridge. We demolished old vinyl siding and installed easy trim reveals and lap siding to give the house a modern look.

Vancouver. Old vinyl demolished, old windows removed, new vinyl siding, new windows and new soffit installed
